Hi all, i have a cold feeling type pain in my right achilles, have played
soccer a lot & now road run. I have time off, pain goes away, but when i
return it comes back!
I cycle too, is this helping strengthen my heel, & is running, or should i
stay away!, well i can't stay away as i love it, but any advice as to what
to look out for would be appreciated!
Cheers

Gary,
You have a bood clot. You'll likely be dead by the time this message
hits google, via a massive clot traveling to your tiny brain, so I
won't bother typing anymore.
