Help with ergo 10 speed levers

If you mean you can't reach the two inside (lowest) gears,
ensure that the first click moves from high to the next
gear. (if the gear wire is loose, the first click does nothing)

If you mean you cannot return to the two outside (highest)
cogs, shift to high in front and get your head behind the
changer. See if the cage is roughly parallel to the
chainrings. A bike that's been dropped on the right side
will show a changer that's canted inward at ten, twenty,
thirty degrees - enough to show your symptom.

Like forgetting to put the back cap back on ERGO or forgetting the silly
seal on 7700 rear ders, or popping a tube cuz the tire wasn't seated
or.....lots others.. That's how ya learn!!
