It sounds like a blast John. I actually looked into tickets yesterday.
$313 based on the dates you provided, and I'd need another couple hundred
for party funds. But there are other reasons why I can't make it. The gal
I'm dating asked me last week to go to Hawaii with her for a week. She even
has a free place to stay, but I also told her I couldn't afford it at this
time. So, if I came down, I wouldn't have a gf when I got back. The other
reasons are, I just paid $1,000 on my daughter's braces last month, and my
son really needs them as well. I'm trying to get him into braces next
month. He should've had them a year ago. For me to take the money for his
braces and fly down to party...as great as that sounds...would be
irresponsible on my part and I would not enjoy myself knowing that. Which
are the reasons I told the gf I couldn't go with her.

Employment has been spotty here in Oregon. 20 - 30 hr weeks don't cut it.
Can't pull it off this year...maybe next year. On the upside, employment is
going full time in a couple of weeks.
