I have made yet another decision, I have decided to get a Gary Fisher Cake DLX. I mainly went for it because of the Fox Fork, Mantiou Swinger 3-way, the ZR-9000 Frame and the Carbon seatstays. I rode it at the shop and was amazed that it felt like a Hardtail until the bumps came. The Front Fork was even able to go over a curb without me pulling up on the bars. Anyway, since I am on the club that leaves from that shop I can get a 5% discount.

I got a Cake 3 DLX about 3 weeks ago and I love it.The supsension has so many tweaks I have nearly got it where I want it.I think I got a deal on mine $1100 with upgraded wheels and tubeless tires.Brand new.
I decided instead to go back to my original decision, the Giant Trance 4, I am more of a "roadie" and buying a 2 K MTB would put a big gap in between me and my next road bike.
