the hearing is over and it's high time for Tyler to lay his cards on the
table for all to see. Telling the public now the specifics of the defense
his attorney raised will in no way negatively impact what occurred at the
hearing. If his case was so compelling, it's time to share with his "fans."

what his objections to the test were. At this point the silence is
deafening. Ya know, the season has started and there are most likely a

of anything but a polite statement that we had our time to present our case
and look forward to the wisdom of the commissioners.
