  1. Does anyone know what the profile of the teeth on a Chorus cog (on the cassette) should look like? I
was getting ready to replace my chain and noticed that the rear of each tooth appears steeper in
profile than the front. Is this normal? Seems like part of the design and makes sense for applying
force in that direction with a chain or have I worn my cassette already?

    Thanks,

    Eric

Due to all the tooth shaping with modern cassettes, really tough to 'see' if the thing is worn out
or not. A new chain and a little load on the pedals will tell you...
