Dumbell and bench

Suggestions:
Buy used dumbells.
There's very little that can go wrong with them.

Buy them locally.
Shipping is charged by weight.

Get a combined barbell and dumbbell set, where you can use the same
plates in all settings. £100 should easily buy you a 100kg set.

They often turn up very cheaply in local charity shops, but they
usually don't hang around for sale for long, so you need to keep
looking, ask for a phone call when some come in, etc..

NY barbell has weights for .49 /lb, chinese but decent castings. If I'm
looking on ebay I'm looking for better quality stuff, like Ivanko gym type
dumbbells, which I can't buy new at a reasonable price.

I understand that. My point was not to contradict your pricing information,
which looked pretty reasonable, but to suggest that sometimes the higher
quality stuff is a better deal on ebay, whatever the relative costs are.
