    I dont really see the problem either. I think that it is true of the
    old saying, 'where there's a will, there's a way'. If you want to make
    excuses, you will. And if you really want to do something you will
    figure out how to make it work for you within your limitations.

    NO reason not to eat right, except for lack of planning. I know people
    on shift work or college students who eat while walking inbtween
    classes or even on bathroom breaks. Everyone gets breaks at work, even
    a bathroom break. So c'mon who's making excuses here?

    As for working out, its about priorities. You work 12 hours, do you
    sleep 12 hours too? Probably not, so you have at least an hour to
    exercise then. Dont make excuses.
