  3. Well the saddle is the hard one. Your have to try a few
    seats till you find one that will be butt friendly. That means
    spending at least one hour in the sadldle. Not no 5 minute or less ride.
    Heres some to start with SDG Belaire,Planetbike Contour,WTB SST,and
    Selle Royal. Pedals you must have the black resin pedals, right. Your
    looking to replace those with a full metal pedal or a platform
    pedal. A start could be Wellgo,cheap & good for your needs right
    now.

    You usually upgrade if a part is broken or inadequate for your riding style.

    Set of allen wrenches and maybe a 15mm wrench will help.
