As a regular distance runner, not sprinter, I comfortably exceeded
11.0. For reference I was doing 10k in about 40 mins or so back then.

As already mentioned, pace yourself so that you're turning on the beep.
If you think the running one's sick, wait till you try the sit up one
and the press up one. They're really strange.

Actually it's kinda cute if you and the Count Dracula "This is the tape
for the situp test, I am count dracula ha ha ha. One ha ha ha, Two ha ha
ha, Three ha ha ha..."
I'd add to work on your turns, you see people doing the strangest
running in circles or trying to do huge pushoffs. I find it easiest to
turn your feet on the last two steps across the line so you can just
change direction with your body, kind of how netballers etc. turn on the
spot.
