  1. 4 Guys in car about 25 mph. Passenger behind driver opens door and hits
bicyclist. Door hits passenger and passenger is falling out and gets
    much more than road rash.

Don't watch if you have a weak stomach.

  2. So, did he live? And did the others in the car get banned from driving
    for life, plus jailtime?

With all the stupid [censored] I pulled when I was young, I'm just glad that I
was: a) lucky, and b) that video cameras hadn't been invented.

Hey sorta proves there is a god (sorta).

  5. The event was in chicago and the guy had several plastic surgeries to
    repair his lip.

After some digging, here's what I found:

    http://www.uselessjunk.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=1220&mode=nested&order=0&thold=-1

The web page has an "interview" with the cameraman. (It is one of the
worst interview transcripts I have ever read. I hope this isn't
indicative of the intelligence of our youth). The boy hitting the
    cyclist is called "Mullet."

The cameraman makes a couple of points:

First, the cyclst was a friend and they play a game where they randomly
slap each other in the back of the head at any opportunity (think the
three stooges). This is what he was attempting to do, but since the
child safety windows wouldn't go down low enough, he had to open the
door. The cyclist swerved a bit right, everyone misjudged the
distances, thus the door whacked the cyclist.

Second, the car that Mullet kissed was parked.

Third, Mullet is alive and well. He required extensive facial surgery
including new front teeth and a reconstructed lip. Mullet was in the
    hospital for about a month.

Lastly, they made no mention of the cyclist, so we don't know how he
    fared.

I am amazed that the kids were stupid enough to think a 20mph (or
faster) slap on the back of the head wouldn't hurt Mullet's hand
(perhaps breaking bones). I'm sure they learned a lesson and perhaps
the video will keep other stupid kids from doing similar stunts.

FWIW, I doubt that someone with the nickname, "Mullet", would "learn a
lesson" from their stupidity. His stunt will probably become an oft-told
tale while he's drinking a beer with his equally moronic buds:

"Dude, did you hear about the time Mullet fell out of a car and smashed his
face into a parked car? It was awesome, and we got it on video!".

    "No way!"

"Way! Want to see the tape?"

"Sure, dude...but, pass me that joint first."
