  1. The only thing that impresses me more each spring than how fast I can
    get into shape is how fast I can got out of shape over the winter.
    155bpm in the fall feels like I'm holding back. Today 155 felt like I
    was gonna drop.

    If only I liked sitting on the trainer better.

    But at least I looked good in my new gear from X-mas!

    LMAO. Well, it will be nice to pick up the 5 lbs of muscle I lost and
    lose the 10 pounds of fat that I found but most importantly my new PI
    vest fits either version of me. And I won't judge these new Sugoi
    shorts yet as my ass always hurts in the first few weeks.

    Now I just have to wait for April to get my new Discovery Team
    Jersey........... just kidding.
