    "MacArthur revealed a little more about her life on board B&Q during the
    voyage, explaining that while the vessel was fitted with a DVD/CD player she
    never found the time to listen to music. Instead, when she had a moment to
    relax and couldn't sleep, she reached for a book.
    "I read Lance Armstrong's autobiography, It's Not About The Bike, a book
    about St Kilda and a novel about a geisha's life in Japan. The good thing
    with a book is that you can just drop it. Music keeps on playing, and that
    might have been a distraction." No sailing books? "I've read all the sailing
    books."

    It was so good she gave it to Neptune to read on the first crossing of
    the equator..
