Can anyone please comment on the cons of reheating
vegetables like green beans and spinach. I did that
all the time but someone told me that it is bad
and can even kill me! Is that true? Can anyone point
to some literature on this?

Could be. My grandmother used to re-heat stuff like than and it killed her
at 92.
