  1. I've been attending the local gyms spin classes for awhile now. I have just
resently started to have pain to the hamstrings in both legs while seated
and under high load. I have no pain out of the saddle or at low load and high cadence. Anyone have any idea whats happening and how to stop it. By the way, I stretch my calfs and hamstrings all the time.

  2. Hope this doesn't sound like a wise-ass answer--it isn't--but maybe your "high load" is too high and your body is trying to tell you something.

  3. Maybe I wasn't clear, it only hurts when I'm hammering while in the saddle. I can increase the load and cadence while standing and there's no problem. I'm thinking it might be saddle position. thanks

  4. Try moving your saddle forward and/or up.
