    Hi,

    3rd day using a Hac 4. End of the ride the screen went blank but the light is ON (so it isn't the battery).

    Any advice? Buttons aren't stuck. Is there a way to RESET the device?

    Maybe take out / replace the batteries. It's never happened to mine but I found that when the batteries are not strong anymore it battles to pick up the heart rate.

    Sorry I cant be of much help. 😕
