No, you're right that Dora mentioned AdAware and also Spybot Search &
Destroy, but recommended SpyBlaster. It's in the following message:

Thanks all. I found it this morning. It looks ok but I'm not spending
sixty bucks for it, I'll let my current software handle 'em. I run hard
disk maintenance once a week so it doesn't take that long. Thanks though.

You don't have to spend sixty bucks for it, Steve. Version 3.2 has a free
mode that is very effective. I've been running this for a long time and
never had a problem. It is not nagware, either.

Steve, I posted a correction almost immediately yesterday. I had gone to
Google and picked up the wrong URL (it looks like the site has gone to a
competitor), but then got the correct URL from the program itself. You
must not have received that second message. As you've been told, it's
freeware. Sorry for the mix-up.
