Can you select, copy and paste an area from the map for use in another
application?

set the zoom how you want it and 'print screen'. otherwise use print screen
and edit in other application.

If you intend to do this more than occasionally get a copy of the freeware
Screenhunter 4 from wisdom soft (google for the website) . It allows you to
crop and copy just the map rather than the entire screen - excellent utility
