There used to be a company that adertised int he back of CW that would
replace chamois pads. I don't think its worth it these days though,
it'll probably cost nearly as much as a new pair of Decathlon tights.
Just remove the pad and wear shorts underneath.

I see Expedia do Nalini pants with a chammy pad built in but only in
Italian midget or XXXXL size, anyone used these?

I think I'm going to go for the Altura undershorts; cost more than a
cheap pair of real shorts but might actually stay up, and need washing
each time which is easier than doing the whole pair of tights.

only problem is I usually wear pants under shorts (yes!) because the
synthetic pads chafe my bot too much, I am sensitive to anything other
than cotton/real chammy.
