  1. don't forget red eye gravy, fried biscuits, fried ham steaks (and my family
has been known to have collards for breakfast too)

As speaking as a classified mountian william, the burger would have to
go...it would be grits, eggs and sawmill gravy (bulk sausage in milk
    gravy)
over biscuits...Wooo Dawgie, that there is breakfast.

Yummmmm; that just might be breakfast tomorrow. Though I might skip the
grits and have an extra biscuit.

The only way I could see a burger for breakfast is in a St. Louis
    specialty
called a Slinger. Two cheeseburger patties (no bun), american fried
potatoes, two eggs anyway you like them and smother the whole thing in
    chili
(no beans). Top with chopped onion and grated cheddar ---- mmmmmm,
    almost
as good as sausage gravy, eggs and biscuits.

Well, that takes care of breakfast on Monday and Tuesday - Wednesday I'll
    have ......

That sounds really interesting. Similar to a Garbage Plate
from Nick Tahou's in Rochester, NY. Where can one get this
delectable concoction in the St. Louis area. Preferably an
outlying area so I won't have to go "downtown". When I go
to Montana to visit my sister in a couple of years I'm going
to plan my route to visit as many interesting "culinary"
spots as possible. (The way things are looking so far it
may be taking me a month to get there what with all the
detours and stops for food at various places, many of
which are nowhere near a straight line between Pittsburgh
    and Hamilton. ;-))
