I live in the UK and have recently broke my cleaver thatr I use for my
chinese cooking. I had done a bit of a web search and i am trying to find a
replacement. Can anyone recommend a Uk retailer that sells a cleaver like
the Masahiro.

Can't help with online dealers but any Chinese shop will have a
selection of good Chinese cleavers. Presumably the Japanese shops will
have Japanese knives and cleavers. -
