Pedals: Dura Ace 7750 vs. 7800?

99% same thing. I could be wrong but it seems to me that the only
difference is the finish to match other 7800 parts' color.

The DuraAce SPD-SL pedals were ready-to-market before the remainder of
the DA-10 (aka '7800'😉 group was ready to go, so numbering was
initially made consistent with '7700' group (DA-9). As there was
already DA SPD-R pedal out (PD-7700?), the number '7750' was selected
for the new pedal. When the full 7800 group was out, pedal number was
aligned. (Finish may also be slightly different).
