Part one of the meeting was sort of a who are you, here's the vision, what
do you want, what local issues do you know about etc etc, and part 2 was,
please stay if you want to work on the nuts and bolts of this thing. Almost
half the group stayed, or stated they wished they could. Looks like some
good folks with lots of energy, including folks who have done this kind of
thing before.

Well done! It took me nearly a year to reach the 30 people mark. It sounds
like you gauged the need for a trails organization well. Keep this up and
IMBA will be asking you for advice!
