    Job Responsibilities: - Creation and implementation of overall events strategy
    at targeted endemic trade shows to secure OLN's leadership role within each
    category and within the advertising community (studio/booth presence,
    sponsorships, signage, luncheons, attractions, etc). - Creation and
    implementation of OLN grassroots strategy to help drive viewership and word of
    mouth, especially among vertical audiences (local club or events sponsorships,
    national/regional/local retail partnerships, posters, P-O-Ps, etc). -
    Hospitality at marquee OLN events including the Tour de France, Gravity Games
    (summer & winter), USSA Ski and Snowboard events, domestic cycling events and
    more (all aspects of air, hotel, ground transportation, credential, meals,
    entertainment, etc). - Promotions and sweepstakes to drive viewership to marquee
    events and support trade shows and grassroots initiatives. - Development and
    tracking of budgets and communicating budget information to all departments
    affected. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree and 10+ yrs experience in cable
    events at network or agency. - Ability to travel a must - travel is heavy with
    on-site stays required. - Prior managerial/supervisory skills and ability to
    direct work flows and coordinate activities. - Creative and strategic
    thinker/planner. - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. - Strong
    negotiations skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). -
    Ability to handle many projects simultaneously and react quickly and flexibly to
    change. - Detail-oriented and deadline driven. - Ability to work well with a
    variety of people and departments to orchestrate completion of projects. -
