  1. Do they come any weaker than you? Probably not. Low carb dieting is not
for the weak. You don't have a chance.

I didn't give up. I just gave up on you and yo so called close knit
friends on here. You were the same way when I was in here last time.
I look for some advice and all you did was shoot me down without even
    giving me a chance.

I asked the question and he jumped in. he has the right to answer

that doesn't mean you have to whine about it. if you don't like him,
    don't read his posts.

Don't worry about JC he's just an asspuppet that thrives on rejection,
which is what he gets on all of the NG's. Put him in your KF and go on
    with your LC.

My stepdaughter has a little sign in her bedroom. Thought I'd share it
with you, in case you run out of sigs.

Well I decided to start the Atkin's Induction again.

Hi Michael, welcome to the group!

I decided to avoid the scale this time around. I don't care what I
weight now, never have, and I don't care what I want to weigh when I
am finished. I do know tho that I don't want my fat stomach anymore
but want to look physically fit or at least look healthy.

I bet you FELT better after losing 40 lbs. Looking good is great, but,
in my experience, it hasn't been enough to keep me on track. It's only
when I realized how much better I FELT after losing a lot of weight that
kept me WANTING to stay on track. The reason most diets fail is that
people go right back to eating the way they did before they started to
diet -- then they blame the diet for "not working" or "messing things
up". I used to feel that way, too.

I know it worked because I could definitely see the results. But for
some reason I fell off the track and am now finding it difficult to
get back on again. This time around I am doing pretty good. I am
fully aware of what I am putting into my mouth ( except for that 1
slice of pizza and those 4 fries the other night ) When you grow up
on eating carb based / rich foods it is difficult giving them up,
especially when everyone around you survives on these carb rich foods
at home and at work. I am trying and it is working for the most part.
I figure another 2 more days or so and I shouldn't have any other
problems. The withdrawals are killers but I am handling it.

When you have a craving, munch on something LC. I like cream cheese, 2
oz. does the trick for me. 🙂

complaining about something you already knew about and voluntarily
subjected yourself to is, indeed, whining.

  7. constantly conitnuing on a dead matter is a waste of message space so
why do you continue to proceed on a dead matte?

I guess it's safe to include you inmy KF as well, huh?
