  1. mornen all,

had one of those hectic weekends, so didn't manage a ride, but noticed
some damage on the side of the tyre, this morn; (warning; large images)

the fabric on the sidewall of the tyre is damaged and has developed a
    small bulge.

how long would one have before this became a serious issue?
i've dropped the pressure in the rear tyre for now and it makes a big
    difference to braking!

i would like to replace it ASAP(as funds allow =)
whats a good tyre & tube combo to run for phat barstards like me 130+kgs
budget currently run @ 100$. i'd like to replace both front and rear and
keep the current front tyre & tube as a spare 😉
as i don't have any spares at present...

and one for the four-legged-helper fan club...
