Missing Robert

I too have wondered from time to time what happened to Robert. I'm
concerned also because of his hospitalizations with complications from his
weight.

I also frequently think about Myra S. She was such a prolific poster, and
suddenly stopped. I know that from time to time people take a hiatus from
posting (I've done it myself), but usually lurk and at least post once in a
while. But Myra, who had lost over a hundred pounds and was so proud of her
accomplishment, just disappeared and never came back!

on back in 2001, had lost a load of weight on Atkins-and got featured in
his magazine. I wonder what ever happened to her. She was a real
inspiration.

She won't be clear on it....but I have my theory...I'll keep it to myself,

maybe its as simple as why I wasn't here - I was sitting at my computer too
much! I hope it is and they are still sticking to the plan.

I can always learn something new and it's nice to write to others who know
where I'm coming from. I'm glad you guys are here.
