  1. Hi,

I think someone has in the past has submitted a post that I found concerning uploading problems from the Hac 4/Hactronic interface to the PC via USB port.

Everything loaded correctly as instructed from manuel and drivers are loaded and my comm port 4 is listed and says its working. I have also tried other PC's to test and they all have the same similar results. I have had other USB devices in the port I'm using so I know it works. I set the software Hactronic/Ciclo Trainer/Ciclo Tour to the correct comm port of 4 in my case. I found all the updates to all the software and drivers to date that I know of.

I have data on the watch and set the watch in the PC mode and pressed the correct buttons to start uploading the data to the PC. I was using the Hactronic software for testing but have tried all the software bundles and none receive the data. The watch shows the percentage count going up but no data is being uploaded to the PC/software of choice.

Has anyone had similar problems uploading data to the software. My device manager shows that the drivers loaded and the comm port is active and working at comm 4.

I like the Hac 4 and would really like to find a solution to this problem. I tried the support number for the USA side but having a terrible time getting someone to answer the phone.

Any idea's would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

  2. Stupid question, but did you first hit the "watch" icon to put the software into the ready to recieve mode?

Yes, this was something I did first on any of the software associated with the Hac 4.

So the "ready to recieve" box just sits there, with no progress in the bar?
    Wierd...

Yes, that's what is so fustrating that nothing uploads and have 1 month of data on watch. I thinking something maybe wrong with the watch and need to send it in for warranty.
