  1. In the last couple of days I FINALLY hit a new low in weight. I've been
stalled bouncing around the same 3 lbs since October 10, so this is
GREAT news for me to be on the move again! As usual, I noticed that I
was getting smaller about a week BEFORE it showed up on the scale. That
"Saffire's Halfway-House For Wayward Fat" thing kicking in again (my
theory is that the fat leaves it's cell on parole and goes to some
micro-sized halfway house elsewhere in the body until it's free to
    actually leave :-).

Wow, I've been stalled since October too. Over, under, but always back to 159.
I guess I'm learning to maintain, but I really NEED to lose another 20 pounds,

I've actually been out of town for several weeks without
    ready access to post.

No new photos...how about a new set when I am ripped for
spring break? Okay, maybe not ripped but still not looking
too bad for somebody my age.

I need to update my numbers a bit. 175 was too low, I think
about 183 really is going to be the long term correct weight
for me. I'm getting back there but with much time in the
gym and, hopefully, will have more muscle than when I passed
by on the way down. I've been doing a lot more flexibility
work than I had been in the past and I've been surprised by
how much progress I have been able to make. I can now stand
with my legs together, feet flat on the floor and bend over
to place both hands palm down on the floor. Heck, I
    couldn't do that when I was 20.
