  1. It's almost January 1st.

You can hear the sound of resolutions are being made all over the country.

As always, we can expect an influx of newbies and an influx of all the
    usual questions...

We were all newbies once, something to remember when the 50th person
posts about "Where can I find a list of low carb foods?" or "Can I have
    low carb chocolate on induction?".

As for me, my resolution is always the same.

I resolve not to make resolutions.

Wouldn't it be beneficial to put together, as a group, a list of these
questions and canned responses to them?

  3. I think we already have that. It's called our FAQ and is posted by Rudy
weekly (I think) and can also be found here

    Daily, actually.

  5. There is the FAQ.

And we could point newbies to it... politely.

It would be better if we could cndense the qhole FAQ down to one
screenful.... so they wouldn't have to work so hard on reading and then
need to go have a snack as a reward for all the hard work.

Actually, I've made a resolution to redouble my weight loss effort; for the
past several months I've been maintaining and LC'ing just for the health
benefits. The resolution has nothing to do with New Years though, it has
everything to do with the vacation plans I just made at the beach in Key
    Largo in May. ;-)
