  1. Can anyone recommend a strong tube for 700C X 23-25 tires? I am looking for something that is resistant to pinch flats. I have been buying $6-7 tubes, but they seem to be a little flimsy.

I typically go for weeks and weeks with no flats, then I have a string of them - even multiples on a single ride. I think the root cause of the flats is inadequate tire pressure, but having tougher tubes would bring some piece of mind - especially in the winter months.

    Thanks.

Fair enough. How about a really good frame pump? I bring CO2 with me, but I feel like I should have a backup. All I have is a cheap little mini-size Zefal.
