Has anybody ever had a panic attack from eating too much sugar? Or did I
just have a one-time-doug-only thing happen?
Last week, after being completely off any diet for about a week and
eating lots of carbs and sugars of all kinds I had, for the first time
in my life, what can only be called a real, severe panic attack. I got
into a really strange mental state, couldn't sleep, was stressed and
panicky and didn't know what to do.
The next day all day was much the same thing.
I went back on strict low-carbs - less than 20 gm a day - and the next
day was feeling a bit better. The day after that a bit more better, and
so on.
Today I am feeling basically ok, five days after going back on strict
low-carbs. And I've dropped 3 kg in the previous four days also.
I've gotten depressed and in bad moods after eating sugar before, so I
know it has weird effects on me. But I never had a complete and thorough
panic attack like that before in my life.
Has anybody else ever experienced something like that?
