Too much magnesium in his electrolytes?

Clearly the guy in the back remembered his wet wipes... 😉

Coming from the man facing the camera, "Not in my car, you aren't!"

"Now THAT was some hot chili!"

That's more the level of my thinking.. ;-)

What I find interesting is how a man of his age (58) manages to flick mud so
far up his back. He picks his heels up like a young 'un (and leaves me for
dead over any distance over 5k & under 42k). Most other runners his age are
shuffling in comparison (in terms of heel lift).

"At least my trainers are still clean."

"It's all up his front, too."

"George can't wait to have the operation to have the bust of the fully
grown grinning man removed from his shoulder."

"George, get that out of there right this instant."

But looks to me more like the after effects of cycling, rather than running.
But perhaps I am just too slow a runner...

At first I thought that the mud on his back had been thrown up by those
running behind him, but after a careful examination of the distribution
of the droplets I concluded that what we could observe in the picture
was a man whose hip flexors were in Best First Class condition.

I don't know if it's a "link" or not, just common sense. What girl wants to get
laid by a guy whose got diarrhea?
