Anyone know any good self-massage techniques for the ITB? Or failing that
any good stretches for it?
Or if you know a good web site please just point me at it !
Thanks !

I've found massaging my mini-TBR makes it stretch out all by itself.

has a bunch of good links. i wouldn't focus on
just stretching. strengthening looks promising also.
i have itb problems in my left knee lots. right now
i'm just running on a treadmill, so i give a bit of
incline and the problem doesn't develop.
thru the winter i'll be using walt reynold's
exercise and doing some stretches too.
