    Do they ever save sample for events? It would great if they could go back
    and look at samples against what they know now.

    Do they ever save sample for events? It would great if they could go back
    and look at samples against what they know now.

    USADA doesn't want samples to be saved because they don't want athlete's having enough
    blood/urine to run their own independent lab tests if they test positive. This way, when
    someone tests positive and wants an independent test, USADA can just say, "There's nothing left
    of the sample."

    It's a real subtle way of eliminating serious legal challenges and guarantees a slam-dunk
    victory every time since USADA knows the athlete can never oppose a test result with their own.
