butter, can i just input it into fitday as two eggs, poached? I guess
that would be the same, right? I add asome mayo after, and count that
seperately......

I always put eggs in the same way, raw, cooking them does not change their

slices of bacon...Three hardboiled eggs fill me up. My tummy doesn't like bacon or anything

means added milk (I don't use fitday).--

Use to be high but now on low carb it is at a good range. I'm sure I
was heading towards diabetes too, but with LC and exercise I feel better
than I have in years!
