  1. if i just quickly scramble a couple eggs in a teflon pan, no oil or
butter, can i just input it into fitday as two eggs, poached? I guess
that would be the same, right? I add asome mayo after, and count that
    seperately......

When I do that I put them in Fitday as 2 eggs boiled.

Yes add it seperately if you wish but be sure to measure out how much
    you use.

  4. I always put eggs in the same way, raw, cooking them does not change their
    nutritional makeup.

that's a pretty small breakfast, mine could be 6 eggs and a few (like 2-3)
    slices of bacon...

Three hardboiled eggs fill me up. My tummy doesn't like bacon or anything
    greasy in the mornings.

I have only 3 flaws. My first flaw is thinking that I only have 3 flaws.

Yes, poached or boiled, because IIRC, fitday assumes "scrambled"
means added milk (I don't use fitday).

Ya and I assume if I put down fried it wouldn't figure me on using
    olive oil....mmmm.

Use to be high but now on low carb it is at a good range. I'm sure I
was heading towards diabetes too, but with LC and exercise I feel better
    than I have in years!
