    I've gotten close-out Cateye's for under $20. Buy your favorite brand on sale, get a rear wheel mounting kit, and your all set.

    Or, if you've got old mount kits you've saved, and are a real cheapskate like me, just splice the wiring together to reach the rear chainstay.

    I have the astrale8 too but some models have front wheel sensors and some have rear. Make sure you get the one with the rear.
