I am thinking about changing to clipless pedals. What are the advantages and how hard are they to get used to.
Advantages: Once you go clipless you won't go back.
They take a couple hours to get used to. Practice on grass the first time or two. On rides, you'll probably tip over once or twice before you're completely used to them.
