  1. Just started biking about a month ago and have been loving it. However, my wrists have been hurting a little bit recently. Is there anything that can be done?

  2. Did you get fitted? You might be putting too much weight on the handlebars.
    If you haven't already, you might want to look into getting some biking gloves as well.

  3. I'd guess you're putting too much down force on your hands...seat too high or stem (rise) too short. I had the same problem. I got a longer (rise) stem and it was great.
