He's open from 8am till 6pm on weekdays. On Swan St underneath the Richmond Station. Very handy if you work in town as you can drop off your bike in the morning and pick it up after work and just jump on tain to get there and back.
Warning! Shed-aholics will get stuck there for ages!
Speaking of which, Bikesoiler was dreaming vaguely of a new abode but was wisely talking about the high priority of a bigger shed! tehe

Shed & bike space has greater priority than rest of abode. Bikesoiler & I agree on that point, plus having a designated Beer Fridge. Also high on discussion is a remote-control front roller door, hopefully planned for the New Place. :p

haha.. I pity YOU poor shed dweller.. my 2BR unit
contains all the modern conveniences (save dishwasher
and footspa) and holds many bikes, tools, and related
cycling paraphenalia.. single occupant (me) means no
evil overlord to control what [censored] gets left where,
grease on carpet? old carpet - non-issue :-) Beer in
fridge, heating, tv, stereo, computer, dry, well-lit..
All I need is someone to clean it up once in a while..
    that bit's beyond me :-)

    hippy's house 'o bikes
