Liked It. Reminded me of watching locals parking in Paris earlier
this year. They can get cars into impossibly small spaces by a
combination of skill and not being the least concerned about nudging
other cars. After watching some parking I noticed most of the cars had
well scraped bumpers which must be part and parcel of Paris driving. I
didn't have my bike with me but it looks a nice city to cycle in.

Sometimes a bit more than nudging. I was in Beziers once and saw a car
that had been blocked in. The guy just got in his car and pushed the
blocking cars back a foot or so until he had enough room to get out.

When I lived there, I was told that if you parked on the flat you should not
use the hand brake AND leave in gear. - One or the other. Shunt parking
was seen as perfectly acceptable and if you immobilised your car, that was
your fault!
