Good drivers scaring cyclists

I don't think drivers quite know _how_ to deal with cyclists. Is there
anything in the driving manual that covers it? (been a looooong time since I
read it, especially recent additions).

I have a vague memory of reading some words in the Vic highway code
warning drivers that cyclists could be travelling much faster than
people would normally expect. Something along the lines of "very fast
cyclists can reach 30km/h". Wow. Shocking stuff :-)

Yep.. I laughed at that when I read it. 30kph uphill maybe? 😉
