  1. Should sorbathane insoles go on top of the existing insoles or replace them?

  2. I like on top. this way no air space is made for High arch. and well and
    can make seperations on foot. feel the force 2d.

    My feet wouldn't fit properly in my shoes with two insoles. I'd say replace
    them. Try it both ways, if you like. Not like it's a big deal to switch
    them around.

    That being said, I didn't like the sorbothane insoles personally (or Spenco
    for that matter). Too squishy feeling. I like the custom-fit ones from
    http://www.yoursole.com/index.htm. They come in two thicknesses, regular
    and ultra, depending on how much room you have in your shoes, and how much
    padding you like.

  4. You mean you really really slow down to let your feet grow...... maybe
    you should get pumps. this way you know your feet be tight and warm
    e......
    only time my feet our fat is when I am injuired......(Back off a hole)
    not tended for ths post......ref to breake a leg e...in ultra
    runs........
