  1. Hello everybody

I recently bought a Terry Hi-Road T-stem (short reach, long shank) for
my road bike which has a standard 1" threaded headset (FSA). When I
tried to install it, it did not fit.

Both the new and the old stem are stamped as 22.2 and while the old
fits loosely, the new one does not fit at all.

What could be wrong? Is there any way to fix it?

    Thank you in advance

    Is the wedge completely loose?

  3. Hi again,

Yes it is. The wedge fits fine. It is the stem that doesn't.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
