Not at all. It's very much low level apart from the crossing of low moor at
Cam Houses (good paths) and the climb over from Ribblesdale to Dentdale. I
could easily do it in winter and I know you could too. Good luck.

The walk from Ribblesdale to Dent is just a little muddy - but no problem.

Nice walk, just as well it's low level as there's been cloud/mist down
to nose-level for the last week or so. Ground is _very_ damp
hereabouts.

Have done this particular pub crawl three times.

Handy camp sites at Appletreewick, Cowgill, Dent and Sedburgh but
plenty of B&B options all the way down. Tricky gap twixt upper
wharfedale and Cowgill but the George at Hubberholme is well placed.
You can camp out the back on the vertiginous bank if you wish and
there's a camping barn just down the road. I've done it as early as
Easter. Upper Wharfedale over Cam Pastures likely to be very wet but
navigable.
