I had a Parrot catalogue through the door this morning, along with a letter offering a 10% discount on anything ordered during November.
Good news - looks like they /haven't/ gone out of business. I haven't tried phoning the order line yet, though.

They did go out of business.
From http://www.parrot-online.com : "Parrot Performancewear, previously based in Chester, have gone into receivership. Daleswear Ltd., a former supplier of clothing to Parrot, have taken over the brand name and will continue to sell Parrot products via this website and through our factory shop in the Yorkshire Dales."
I noticed this the other day, sorry I didn't post the news. It is good news except not all the products seem to be available online. Hi Line Shirt, for instance.

Oooh, Daleswear, my favourite (about 10 miles from me, and suppliers of fine clothes for people who live in cold houses!)

Thanks for that Pete. It's nice to have an explanation for why they stopped answering calls, and now seem to be back.

But I can get some more Block Sleeveless jerseys now, ready for next year. The 4 I've already got just aren't enough.

FWIW I have used Dalesware for caving and other gear for years, they are very good value and service.

And suppliers of fine clothes for people who crawl around underground too... The factory shop in Ingleton is very good. should you be passing that way. It'll be good if it has cycle specific goodies too.
