  1. .... if I ride no-hands, steering seems to be neutral. Could it be my
    recent back injury and attendant muscle damage causing the sensation
    (tight muscles on one side, etc...)?

    So if you ride no-handed it doesn't pull, but if you have your hands on, it
    does?

    If you are riding no-handed but the bike leans inorder to keep it going
    straight it could be your fork, headset, or frame. Start with the cheapest
    and go from there.
