I think it needs the exposure balancing between the two rows of photos though.
Doesn't look too bad to me. Certainly not disastrous anyway. But it could be fixed pretty darn easily in photoshop - literally hust a 2 minute job would sort it.

My old computer is struggling with this a bit - the full sized tif version of the merged picture is over 400MB. The 26 photos are each 6M pixels. I can get a good quality big printout off this, but framing it would be a bugger :-) Might have another play when the computer next gets upgraded. Might have a look using gimp on the linux machine too - thats a bit faster.
I keep falling in and out of love with Linux. GIMP is one of those Linux programs I find it extremely hard to like. Very powerfully, don't get me wrong. I think I'd probably need a good tutorial book, rather then any help files form or web.
Looks nice! What is the full uncropped unresized image like?
Big!
That one was panorama4 on here: http://www.ggrove.plus.com/fairfield/ The other two were taken on the same walk (I haven't got round to stitching panorama3 together yet). Must put a proper website together sometime.
There are actually a couple of misaligned bits on panorama4, the most noticable (when you see the full size version anyway) is towards the left hand end of the skyline (around high crag I think)

Do you have any 360º pano's from scottish hills so as I can evaluate your stitching software for coruptions. My pano software creates many inacuries (up to ± 3½º ) and I have needed to code an offset table to compensate, and allow my hill finding script to work properly. see http://www.stuartstuart.fsnet.co.uk/hillwalking/panoramas.htm
