Why does this rumor continue to surface? Lance DOES NOT support George

A recent magazine article showed that *not* to be the case. Lance considers
Bush a good friend, but stated that his (Lance's own) politics tended to be
a bit left of center. He also came out strongly against the war in Iraq,
which surprised me somewhat, although it's always possible that some of this
is public posturing to keep from being considered a high-quality target for
terrorists.
