Sodium: Table wines are low in sodium. Our winemaker says that there
are
approximately 4 mg per 4-oz serving.
Sulfites: Sulfites are a natural by-product of the fermentation
process,
and as with other
wineries, we add a small amount of sulfites as a preservative. The
BATF,
Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, requires that no more than 300 ppm
(parts
per million)
or 0.03% of sulfites, be added to wines. Our wines average
approximately
180 ppm or
0.018%.
* 100ML is approximately 3.4 oz.

Quoted message said:Hi,
This is the end of my second week of induction and I am excited because I
have lost 9 pounds. I only had 20 pounds to lose to begin with but was
very
strict and glad it paid off. Now I am wondering if I should stay on
induction a little longer (have good willpower for the moment!) or switch
to
ongoing weight loss. I only have about 11 pounds left to lose. I am
thinking I will keep things the way they are now but maybe adding
something
here or there like a glass or wine or more veggies/salad. What do you
suggest?

Definitely add some wine (and beer) to your diet. I'd suggest a
small glass though. Say 6 oz a day. Studies have shown that you
will live longer and healthier than those that abstain completely and
those that have 2 or more drinks per day.
